Flags across Wisconsin fly at half-staff for fallen State Trooper Harrison Klopp KSTP Courtesy: Wisconsin State Patrol Flags across Wisconsin flew at half-staff as family, friends and fellow troopers remembered State Patrol Trooper Bradley Ritger.A private visitation and funeral service for Ritger was held earlier Tuesday at Chippewa Valley Bible Church in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Ritger was 29 and served as a state trooper in Wisconsin’s northwest region for nearly five years.Ritger fell from a bridge along I-94 while trying to stop a driver leading police on a chase using a tire deflation device.
